We offer standard shipping across South Africa within 3-5 business days. Delivery is free for all orders over R1000, while a flat rate of R99 applies to smaller orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that certain hygiene-sensitive products may be excluded.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), Instant EFT via PayFast, and interest-free installment payments through PayJustNow.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all electronics and high-value goods come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty against technical defects. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Ring SA only ships to addresses within the borders of South Africa. We are working on expanding our delivery network to neighboring SADC countries soon.
